What can I do with $450

Advertise on BHW
Buy used product at low price and sell it at higher price. It can be laptop, graphics card. You can buy it on auction or classified ads websites.
 
Create a website you can monetize, scale it up. Let your money work for you to get more money.

You can start a blog with this amount. Even if its fails, it will be a good learning experience for you.

Hows the journey going so far? Personally I would invest that money back into my self after coming up with a solid plan on what Im trying to achieve. What Iv been doing is writing/typing out everything that everyone has been suggesting all over the forum.
 
Create a software that can generate results that you can sell
