I scrapped a bunch of numbers off of public databases for my old sales firm. what can I legally do with them. I also have a couple million in landline phones.

If this isn't the right forum move my thread pls <3

It is of no use.
You can either mass message sms or WhatsApp marketing. Other then it I dont find any use

Use another scraper or service, to find out which of them use WhatsApp, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat and others, use results to add the users and message them your offers.

If they were targeted, cod caliing was an option. Bulk lists aren't potent enough unless for fraudulent schemes.
