This question is too open ended, it depends on niche, how they were acquired, level of engagement in your topic, how old they are, etc. You could have 10 million emails and it wouldn't matter if they are just random scrapings.

I just had the greatest idea. Just pretend that you are some kind of african dude and you just learned that some big inheritance money is on the way but you need some fund to get that money. Ask people to send you some cash so you can get your inheritance and you will send them back their money with interest.
