What can I do with 100k

I keep seeing post here of people asking what they can do with very little to no money.
Have been around for a few years, and have had good runs here and there.
Looking to diversify out of what I currently do, and willing to invest a bit more then the average person here.
So here is the question, what should I be looking into if im down to invest 100k or even a bit more?

-Not interested in seo, or organic things that take months before seeing any results.
-Willing to spend to get data in faster

If more background is needed to get an idea of current skills and abilities, let me know

Buy land - Real Estate - Rent
Spare 10k to invest in dropped domains with good metrics - rebuild the sites and sell posts/backlinks.

Trade domains, if you have talent you can make tons of $ if not you will lose everything

Do site flipping, or ads arbitrage. i suggest try site flipping.
you can also upgrade the site than sell it for more price.
but the key here is your need not just capital but also understanding on seo etc.

I can second this. There are safer alternatives unless you have a game plan for an (online) business.

Buy assets that already generate cash flow
Niche sites monetized with display ads could be a good start

I would suggest real estate since you are not interested in seo.

Depends on what's your target ROI.

If you want to get revenue real fast buy 4.5 BTCs and don't be greedy.

I'm in a tier 1 eu country where real estate investing is not very interesting with anything less then 500k. Since all my money has been made online I am only looking for arbitrage opportunities and or proper online action taking in industries other then my current.
Investing in dropped domains and rebuilding could be an option, but then I could just aswell use the network for my own stuff without renting or selling backlinks.

I appreciate the input, going to check him out. Defenitelly not in a rush, but as said, having gotten used to fast feedback from always running on paid sources, going back to seo and relying on search makes me bump into a mental block somehow.

Not looking for another bag to hold XD have plenty still around from back in 2017. Will be shit to look back at this in 5 years if it turns out you were right though haha.

Actually a good idea, have been looking into local franchise options for a while now. Getting proper people to work in my country is a bitch though.

Man lets just say I have been spoiled the past couple of years, running bh and getting used to high roi's has a bad affect on work ethic in the long run.
But in general not looking to add to my crypto portfolio, already have a decent percentage allocated.
