what can i do with 10000 computers?

Start researching blueprints for the building. Set up an extremely elaborate HOT (Heist of technology) and prepare several cargo trucks for shipment to a storage facility that you have rented all of the units for under different names. Start at the library, where most of the computers will probably be located. When they close, break in. One at a time, steal the computer components until you have the entire computer. Except the CPU. Leave that going, so there's no network disconnect that could trigger a safety alarm that brings in security. But take the monitor, mouse, keyboard, and webcam if there's one. If it's an iMac, use your head and know that the CPU is the monitor. Leave it there, no matter how nice and metallic it looks. Stick everything in the cargo truck. I hope you put a piece of paper over the license plate. Drive slowly and carefully to the storage facility, taking back roads to avoid exposure. Unload the precious cargo and set up a website selling computer parts for half the price of Newegg and Amazon. Enjoy reaping the profits.

Or, like I said before, use just one computer, make some money. You'll need to do that to get the cargo truck and the storage facilities too.

I would say make a simple script that does automatic stumbling, you could OWN Stumbleupon lol..
 
You have two things of use;

1. access to peoples internet surfing
2. lots of potential disk space

Anything else is a no go because of the IP issue.

If I had to suggest something I would say collect email addresses and set up a social network group to sell them stuff.


But, personally I'd say forget it as you can't script/hack, so you'll more than likely get caught.

to the op...PPI is perhaps your best bet but then again, by the time you are done installing a software on that many systems...you'd have graduated...
 
What I would do is put a screen shot of my nut sack and hog on every computers desktop. Throw your email down at the bottom of the image and say if you like what you see for $10 via paypal you can see more.
 
I'm telling you, steal the monitors and crap. It's easy I'm sure. As long as it's not locked or secure.
 
Alright, seriously? Throw up a website about how you're paying students to write articles/make posts/whatever other outsourcing... Now post ads to this site on as many PCs as you can. If you can change the homepage or back round to promote your site, even better. You can make it sound official, like it's approved by the Uni or whatever. Now use your outsourcing power for various methods yourself, or start an outsourcing service.
 
I wouldn't use them for anything but their intended purpose.

Look, you only have one ID and they track what you do. Even if you get someone elses ID and do some stupid stuff with their ID, campuses now have cameras so they can see who is sitting where at what time.

Do you really want to risk getting kicked from school and possible arrested because you were trying to make a buck? Plus, in order to do anything real on 10k computers you're going to need to distribute your software/bookmarks, etc... on all or most of the computers. What will take you hours/days to do, a system admin can do in minutes.

I'm not trying to be a negative nancy, but forget about this....:cool:
 
You can install Gomez peer zone (Google it) on them all :P You must earn like $20 a day :P

Or you can run rTorrent or something similar and then have 10,000 seedbox's all under your control.

Specking of which can you install UltraVNC on one of them and let me control one of them XD
 
You can use them for a good purpose and install Folding@Home on them or generate rainbowcrack-tables. That's what I did on a university in asia with a network of about the same size.

On a serious note turn their homepage to your google adsense search, until you come up with something better.

Or better yet set up a site, have it randomly redirect to whatever domain you want, and turn their homepage to your site. You can have all the control :O

Actually there is something you can do with CMD in XP to get admin right. Google it and you will find it :)

Use some of those 10000 computers to study, get your degree(s) and get a position in a major law or accounting firm, work hard for 10-20 years and get offered a partners position.

Profit.

Yes it's slow and hard, but with your lack of h4ckz0r 5killz, you're boned if you try anything else on those computers.
