I would suggest to go with bitcoins, but since you don't have the admin rights...
Scenario 1 (standard)
1. Put a sticker/wallpaper on each computer with attractive offer
2. Profit
Scenario 2 (nasty)
1. Put a glue on each mouse
2. Put sticker/wallpaper on each computer with link to instant anti-glue blueprint
3. Profit
Scenario 3 (super nasty)
1. Put a donation box near each computer with some money
2. Catch those trying to pry it open
3. Profit

Without any hardcore programming skills your a bit limited, but thats not to say you cant do something. The only thing is, if your not an administrator on them, you may not be able to do certain things that your really going to need to do.

10k computers mean many users on them
first i'll set up a browser homepage with my cpa offer ( email submit )
after making a bit money i would put a more targeted cpa offer for student
and when i would leave the university i'll probably ddos the us government and try some exploit to found evidence of the E.T existence

Why are people arguing about the amount of computers that the OP says he has available? I'd say run V-Bot in the back ground on all of them

3. Program a random pop up thing when internet explorer is opened.. Free scholarships or something and make them pay $5 to sign up (your site ofc)
a.) Weight lifting supplement samples (paid on sign-up)

4. Use your brain ffs lol... Scare people of you giving them a DDOS attack LOL!!
5. Keylog the shit and sell answers to stuff
6. Forget the computers.. go bang the secretaries for answers to the tests.. use the test answers for yourself so you can spend more time making money on IM AND then sell the answers later on so you don't have to worry about everyone getting 100%. I'm sure frat's would buy the answers
