How can i make money with them?
How much is that many servers/worth?

rent them for money, it's simple and you can bank with it.
Or load GSA/Scrapebox on it and open up a service, with that kind of scale you can bank hard.

where you got them ? If you bought then why ?
Use them for VPS/RDSL service or sell them.

If you are from US in major city then i know a RDSL provider he can rent them for resell, I also can LOL, Huge people renting RDSL for posting ads on CL.

Rent some rack space in a Datacentre and then offer VPS/VDS services.

Start off small to keep your upfront costs down and then scale up as you grow your customer base.
