Dude, you said yourself "visit good hotels", good hotels are not cheap. And you also wanted to go to the nature, so you need to rent cars, drive, probably also have guides, and you didn't mention it, but it wouldn't surprise me if you thought of interesting things to do like parachuting, diving with sharks, jet skiing and stuff like that.
10k is blown quick that way.

Point was: Instead of blowing it for a once in a lifetime situation you should better take the money and invest it, so that you can have more of that new-rich lifestyle.

And yeah, I definitely had that sort of money before, and I know how quickly it is gone once you intend to spend it on a good time. too. In fact, you talk like someone who doesn't know. You talk like someone who thinks 10k is a lot and will last basically forever.

So don't pretend like you're so overly important. Don't tell other people to blow their money.

If you are looking at long term to have that kind of ROI, then it is possible. You can invest on building authority website. In one year or thereabout, after tons of articles and some good backlinking, you will begin to see that kind of ROI.

I would not say there is any 100% safe way to go about things, but I would certainly look into doing dropshipping of some sort on eBay or Facebook, or spend some money to get a profitable affiliate campaign going. In the IM world, I feel like 10k is a heck of a lot of money to start with.
