Hello, I have scraped the information of +10,000 dental clinics (most of them in USA).

I have the company name, the phone number, the website, the email, and in some of them an additional phone number / fax.

Is there something I can do with this? I was considering cold calling and offering services that could work with this niche

Thanks in advance :)

Cold-calling would work only if you have the experience. Maybe try out emailing?

To be honest I dont have experience at cold-calling or emailing but its what I was considering.

Would you recommend to sell my own services or to sell others products through affiliate links?

Hard market to sell into cold. Lots of relationship-based selling. People pay thousands to sell to them at trade shows, conferences and conventions. Plus the information you have is readily available to anyone selling anything already, so most services that you could offer someone already has looked them up in the Yellow Pages / Google Maps and offered already.

The guys that I know who have done really well in this niche have done things like run podcasts for dental practices who specialise in [sub-type] of dentistry.

Finding your niche is going to be the most important bit, because selling a readily-available commodity to them cold-calling is going to suck.

Mailings can bring disappointing results. Cold calling is still an effective way to get customers without having a budget.

First of all, you must understand the pains and needs of the businesses you are going to make an offer to.

Probably selling head-on will not work for this reason you should come up with a trial version of your service, for example, offer to sign up for a free consultation or something like that.

In our experience, cold calling works well when the operator is confident in himself and in the service that offers, we do not use dirty methods of pushing customers and first of all try to zainterisovat and if a person is not interested, we do not press, and just continue to search further leaving a good impression.

In the welcome call should be polite, apologize for the inconvenience but do not ask if the client has time to talk. If a person picks up the phone, it means he can talk.

In one short sentence, tell about yourself and offer a sample of your service or product. If you are rejected, be sure to ask why it happened so you can improve your script.

Don't forget that the purpose of the first call is to schedule the next call....

Be environmentally friendly, ethical and energetic when talking, your positive emotions will bring money.

you can cold call to offer services like digital marketing, website optimization, or appointment scheduling solutions. Just ensure compliance with local regulations regarding cold outreach and data usage.

People are suggesting cold calling, but have you considered cold texting?

If you try this be sure to check your countries laws. You may need to register your campaign.
