no , one local websites , only p2p exchanger would exchange the funds mate !

Fees are usually the one thing that puts off many people looking to exchange. But you don't seem to have many options except to use P2P platforms. If you could find a Jr. VIP or higher member on this forum that is a seller who agrees to exchange with you, then that would be a cheaper option. BHW sellers have a lot to lose when they dupe anyone. So it's highly unlikely you'll get scammed dealing with an established seller. Reach out to them through DM and take steps to convince them you aren't a scammer yourself (sorry if that reads a little harsh. Just being plain here). You could make the exchange look like you are buying something from them.

Payoneer cards can be used to buy cryptocurrencies. I have been using it to buy crypto since 2016 and have never had any problem.
