I’d say travel if you have the money, or start going to the gym if you don’t. IMHO only you can answer that question, because you’re the only one who knows what you really want and enjoy
How could we answer that for you when we don't know your interests. Still, let me give it a shot.
Something that seems to make people feel better is nature and fresh air. So go on hikes and spend some time in the country, in parks or anywhere you would be surrounded by greenery. The further away from people, noise and pollution, the better. Another thing that seems to make people feel invigorated are new experiences and a popular way to get those is to travel. It doesn't have to be far, but changing the scenery from time to time is good for you. And last, but not least, something we online workers often forget, is physical exercise. Your body needs to move for your mind to stay sound, so go jogging, biking or swimming, practice a sport or go to the gym (my least favorite option as I find it the most boring one).
Of course, something else you could do offline that is fun is go to bars and have a few drinks. Helps push the reset button sometimes
Enjoy nature. Listen to birds and nature sounds. Learn how to meditate and mindfulness.
Workout 6 times a week.
Join a sport club to do sport with other people.
Read books. Do fun stuff with friends.
Try out new hobbies each week and then you find out what you like to do the most
