What can happend to a guy that scammed people on ebay?

Thats the question. If i buy a product like 100? or less what could happend or what can i do to get the money back or something like that?

Can ebay help? Like guy address IP or something?

You get refund by Paypal and eBay shot down is account.

If you buy outside eBay you just lost your money.

really that is about all that paypal or ebay can do is shut down his account. If you paid with paypal you will get your money back. IF he doesn't have the funds then paypal will put him into collections, but for that dollar amount they are not going to take him to court.

whats the amonth to get nto court? 200 300? And its paypal that do that or people?
 
Depend where you live on this planet.

In Canada, some province you can bring someone at Small Claims Court for $50.

Or you can try to find is name, address, phone number, email etc and have fun...

Why i dont know... I just know from the beginning that i cannot do anything agains this. Here a normal file late about 1/2 years min, will get in trouble for 104€? Maybe i would pay more just to fix this... =/
 
Hey guys,

I can tell from my own experience that I had my PayPal on -700 Eur, for 1 year, and nothing happened so far... ( I sold some ipods from china, but the quality was extremely bad ).
Also a friend of mine has his account on -1k ( or something like that ), for several years and still no problem.

I am just saying what happened in my case, but there is no guarantee it applies for everyone.

I agree. Unless the OP states what he's going to buy that puts him in danger of being scammed, he's planning to stiff someone himself. And not in a good way :p

Well...Maybe you need to read again what i said. But i will repeat because im a idiot as you said. I told him, that he only see the DARK side of everything, this doesnt mean that im saying blackhaters are scammers my friend... I know what is.

Im seeing too that we cannot open a thread with a question that people will go fastest than they can express the dark side of what i said or what they intend... btw, thank you for the normal answers to the normail users.
