Alright, so before I start with my Youtube videos / website.
I wanted to ask you guys this:
What can happen if in my Youtube videos and website I'm promoting this "awesome software" that doesn't even exist? (lets say the viewers don't know its fake)
And I tell these viewers to get on my site for a free download. I would tell how amazing it is and blablabla.
Lets say they download it and at some point I just put a dll not found during the "fake" installation or a registration request. Just so they can't access "what doesn't even exist".
Maybe its obvious but, can I get sued (or anything related to that) for promoting something like this and telling people to download it, while there is nothing "true" behind it? Lets remember that they are not paying for it. Its just a fake software with a fake download.
What could happen? Worst scenarios?
Sorry if all of this sounds stupid, I'm just wondering
Thank you BHW!
