What can Facebook Pixel track?

Hi,

Month ago i have installed the FB pixel on my site. I had an email campaign and had sales but the pixel didn't get those purchases it only gets the purchases that are done on FB. Is there a way to grow the pixel with my sales from google ads and emails? There is now way that those users that have bought doesn't have FB accounts.

Fb pixel tracks conversions. It allows you to keep track of actions that happen on your website as a result of Facebook ads or even organic reach. Consequently, you will be able to evaluate how effective your advertisings are
 
The Facebook pixel should track actions (including sales) from all users if installed correctly. You can use this data to create a retargeting or lookalike audience in your ad manager.

It's installed correctly,but it doesn't tracks all the purchases,mainly those who are done outside of facebook. I was reading about installing CAPI but not sure if that we solve my problems.
 
When you say 'track', where are you looking? It won't show in your Facebook Ads dashboard but the data is still being captured. Have you considered using Facebook Analytics? CAPI is good but won't capture any additional conversions.

My main concern is that I want to build the pixel to have 100 conversions in one state so I can create lookalike audience.The problem is,I have over 80 sales but only 6 are registered on the pixel and I cant create lookalike audience unfortunately. Any advice is apreciated.
 
That sounds like a pixel installation problem or a problem with your event manager setup. All 80 should be tracked. You could always important the previous transactions manually into a custom audience in the short term but long term, the pixel needs to be fixed.

I already did,I have put the emails to custom audience but I need the pixel to do its job.
 
did you manage to fix your issue ? curious about your update and how did you fix your problem ?

Still nothing, was comparing the data that I have on google analytics and facebook analytics. Its too weird the numbers don't match.
 
I think it is mainly for tracking your conversions.
