what can be the best indexer API with GSA SER?

I don't use any indexer.. Used to do use few like including GSA indexer.. But its always better to use 2nd tier project inside GSA instead using indexers. Instead pay for indexer grab quality list provider or scrape your self some decent contextual links and blast them to pass the juice.

Most of the indexers advertised in the BHW marketplace work well, but not all of them have API integration. Check out their free trials and choose whichever one works with the type of links you want to index.

Yeah I have GSA Indexer too but don't even run it, not good at indexing for the resources it uses
 
Nowadays indexing tool does not work well so I won't suggest you, try for a free trial than did you like it and it's affordable then buy them.
