I have a few aged Reddit accounts, all grown organically — some with over 20k karma. Not looking to sell or monetize them right now, just genuinely curious about what smart, creative, or productive things people have done with such accounts. Promote affiliate offers on your profile and redirect through comments.

How many you got? you can start promoting lot of services depends on which niche the account is built on
 
You can sell them or use to advertise and redirect peoples to other websites and promote products or service but you need to know what you do to not sell on reddit
