Use them all in this order FireFox, Chrome, IE, Opera and Safari. I assign blocks of task to each browser, it's easier to open and close while managing my work flow. Also, I get to see if there any quirks with a given browser and my web sites.

Google Chrome for surfing, submitting articles, and quick editing of any kind. Firfox for use for SEO plugins and Firebug for editing websites. Chrome is faster than any browser out there.

I can't stop myself from using all of the cool Firefox plugins (which then makes the browser slow down), so I use Chrome 80% of the time now unless I have to test something, then I will switch to FF, then Safari, then IE (only on a super-secure machine, that browser is a mess).
