I wasn't able to do the mentions from the same account so instead I ran the bot on rotating IP's and created new accounts, commented from each new account between 1-3 times and moved to the next new account. Still had some issues getting all the kinks ironed out and left the project alone.

The bot was doing browser automation and was 100% working. I have mutiple r710 and r610 servers at my house and ran it multi thread on one of the r610s with 192gb ram and dual processors.

Problem I ran into was that after the bot commented 5-6 thousand times I would receive blocks from instagram either 1. when the accounts were created or 2. when they would attempt to comment. Figured out that the issue was somewhere in how the bot was emulating human actions and if I changed around things like idle times, random scroll etc it would work again and then get blocked after another couple thousand comments.

So, yes it is possible and if someone here knows how to really nail down human emulation I already have a framework to work off of.

The method is still a mystery. But there are at least 2 people can reproduce the process.

Sometimes it's better to discuss certain subjects on a public forum that IG frequents.. all that's asking to do is get the exploit patched. Why not discuss it in PMs, or create a group chat somewhere to discuss this or other good exploits that haven't been patched up yet.

I can understand the eagerness in wanting to know how to do it, I felt the same way... and after I learned how, the hype wasn't even all that. Don't get me wrong, you can get large spurts of traffic. But it's not sustainable in the long run, and comes with alot of spam reports from people complaining about you mentioning them when they don't know you.

But back to my main purpose in this comment, anyone with common sense isn't going to share how to do it publicly on the forum.. and repeatedly talking about it just begs to get it patched, so by the time you do get told how or figure it out, it'll already be on its way out the door. Not everyone has experience working with exploits, so I can understand how some may not see the significance of any of what I'm saying.. but for those who have, clearly understand my point.

I've been marketing with IG for a little over 4 years.. and theres tips and tricks that I share freely with the community, and other things that aren't such common knowledge and discuss them in private groups or messages. Everything isn't for everybody, because some people like to talk to much, and end up ruining something that is good. It only takes one bad apple. Some may not agree with everything I just said, but I'm just speaking from experience. And it usually ends with people crying and whining when something gets shut down, not even realizing it was because of their own actions why it got shut down in the first place.

Just some food for thought.
