What BHW service would you recommend for this?

Alright heres the deal. I have 7 niche sites that are brand new. I want to purchase some sort of SEO service from the services forum but im not sure what I should start out with.

For all domains I would like to spend at most $100 to start, possibly splitting up whatever package is available.

These sites are not even online right now so there are no backlinks at all and I want this to look somewhat natural to Google.

My niche sites should have almost 0 competition so Im thinking a few backlinks should do for now.. then more SEO in a month or so.

What would you recommend?

Advice from service offerers welcome too. Just tell me what you would do and I'll figure out what is likely best.

If you want your sites to look natural to Google, why didn't you get them ONLINE first?

A NATURAL site normally gets online for a while before getting indexed, receiving backlinks etc.

Well thats the plan, they will be online in the next week. Im not worried about them getting indexed, I can just link to them from one of my own domains and they should be picked up in a few days.
