PriceYak is very good. Does everything you need, but its a little pricey though..

Arbitrage systems are expensive. However, PriceYak's $49/month is far from expensive. I've built a lot of highly custom solutions, but that's a 4 figure one-off invoice.

I think PriceYak is a good start for you.

Yes, PriceYak is pricy. They charge per listing. Better to use the trial version of PriceYak as well as other options such as Profit Scraper & segemai Retail and then subscribe to the one you feel is best for you. All 3 offer auto ordering.

I use SkuGrid and it is a good tool plus it can be used with many other suppliers UK or USA.

If you want thousands of listings monitoring you can play with the amount of time it checks and/or reprices to keep the price down.

Support is active on Facebook also.
