I need send about 20k emails daily, how do it ?
What best software or service you can recommend ?
Or maybe somebody want do it and get 30% from every sale + recurring ?
Please help

can you recommend any hosting for interspire ?
it is better than 12all soft ?

for interspire, any cpanel hosting with PHP and MySql will work fine. If you send 24 hours a day, you are theoretically under many hosting limits of 500 emails per hour. Unless you have a very clean list, you will need to throttle your send rate in interspire down to 250 an hour to account for bounces, bounce processing, replies, etc. And, an couple of spam complaints and the big hosting providers like gomamma and hostlizard will shut down your account. So I have found that you really can't do more than 8k to 10k per day and keep your domain/hosting account up for any length of time.

Best combination is to get SMTP details from SMTP.com and emailing software (1st mass mailer) which was shared on forum downloads section.

I would Elastic Email as the SMTP relay and then use SendBlaster 2 as the actual list organizing and sending software.

I used Constant Contact for years, and liked it. Now I use MailChimp, which I find much more intuitive and fun to use. I also love that for my level of use, it's free!

You have some software, that were developed for that cause. don't remember a name of a spesific one. you can google it and get some options.
those softwares not only send large amountes of messages, but also give you realy efficient tools to monitor & analize your e-mailing campaigns.

Important notice - If you work on such high scales & don't know how to monitor/analize it, you should find & hire one who do know.
