What automated tools to like posts in hashtags?

I noticed a few of my competitors in my niche are not following/unfollowing rather they are just liking posts in the hashtags of their choice. I see they are gaining easy followers without following anyone. I used Jarvee to automate some likes and I got action blocked. What tools/settings on Jarvee are people using to be able to like recent hashtag posts?

The Like tool with the settings like specific hashtags/like latest posts of followings and so on.

That can't be true. I see people in my niche just going around liking peoples posts and gaining as many followers as im getting by doing the follow/unfollow method.

Nowadays IG botting is pointless and risky. Personally I'd do things manually or buy shutouts, but that's my opinion
