What autoblog tool would you recommend?

I need an auto blog tool that allows me to select feed source and translate articles from feed to another language, to finally auto post them.

I used to use wp robot, I had a license but I can't find it and I can't afford it right now, also I searched in the forums here and got several mentions that there were similar but free tools.

Which one's could you recommend me for the task above? Thank you
