What are your thoughts on this Ganjifa Card Design ?

I like it although I feel like the border is more of an 'event' than the man in the middle. Maybe make him bigger or the border thinner?

The character looks great but as @Calvin Flux mentioned, the border looks too thick and so the character loses focus. Work on the borders.

Thanks for your precious review,i wanted to make the border thinner,but the client insisted to make it like that also he insisted for blue color that looked bad for me.
