This term has gained popularity this last week but... can you really make money with it? Or the only ones that bank hard are the owners???
Of course you can sell early, but... when is "early"???

What is a pump and dump group?
Like the DOGE pump, or the GME.... this kind of pumps usually last a short amount of time and when the "owners" of the announcement group sell, the value drops a lot + fear = dead coin again.

You need a small group of people with thousands $$ to pump shitcoins, then shill the coin on twitter and dump on the newcomers!

This is the correct way of doing it! Small Groups.

A) 90% of the time only the organizers benefit
B) 100% of the time it's ILLEGAL.

Well yes, on crypto there are not that many regulations (not right now at least).
Still, I recommend staying away from them.

Hard to know when to get into.
Let's say you start seeing a group that might look like they gonna pump and dump a coin, then the momentum stops and you are left without profits
Or pump and dump is happening but you are getting in too late, once again out of profits

As a bystander, if you see it happen get in at the right time and cash out at the right time you will profit. It's just almost impossible to tell when to invest and cash out.

My recommendation stays: Stay away from any pump and dump schemes

You will never know if people who owns that shitcoin will hold it or once you bump it they will sell it.
So you may bump it for some one else and once you want to sell it the price has declined

Unless you buy, then sell (almost) immediately after it skyrockets?

With pump and dump groups 75% lose and 25% ( the owners or bot owners) win.
Because the time people buy and sell the coins so quickly there is no time for hype and bring a wider group of people into the buying circle.

Unless you are the owner and have enough to invest you'll likely always lose. They always end up selling before, then blame it on someone else...rinse and repeat.

They will say HODL, hold the line and other bullshit to convince you ti hold, and "you did not lose anything until you cashed out".

In addition, it's also not really legally sound, so might come back to bite you, and no upside for you as you can't sue anybody for anything.

TLDR
Don't like roulette odds of winning straight-up putting all your money on 13? Then stay away, otherwise, gamble away

I participated in a group
They released the coin's name at 6 p.m.
Certainly at 5 p.m they had already bought the coin

The organizers achieved over 1000% profit. The fastest and luckiest have achieved 100% profit.

The rest (90% of the group participants) made nothing or lost money.

Better idea - set up your own p&d group using blackhat methods to grow it by xx,xxx's per week.

You need an understanding of which cryptos are good candidates, if you just randomly pick low liquidity tokens you'll fail.

You need a large amount of capital to monopolise on the opportunity properly.

You need to know how to keep properly anonymous so you don't have tens of thousands of people wanting to hunt you down and kill you.

You need a team of trusted people to work with you and manage the group and investments.

Most importantly, you need to have no soul.

Well, they're great... if you're one of the top people. Then they're not great when you get caught manipulating and are one of the top people...
