What are your SE asia outsourcing resources?

I am trying to find someone to employ in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Phillipines or Bangladesh. I have found a few job boards that have netted me some interest. However, the task I need completed is basic and most responses are from people who are overqualified/ asking for prices that are sky high compared to the monthly income of those countries.

Does anyone have any resources they could share that allowed them to find cheap labor overseas?

Really expensive way to go if you have a lot of work to do (months/years of continuous work)
Pretty expensive anyway.
My VA costs not a lot more than $500 per month (13 month year - 13th month is paid leave - plus other various expenses - say $580 per month gross)
Works hard (37 hours a week) and the $500 is more than double the average wage of her region.

Yes, those and freelancer as well. Those are the sites that are creating inflated prices for the country/work to be done. I have a few ideas on how to get in touch with people in the country that may be unaware of those sort of sites but able to complete the tasks I need done. However, I wanted to do my homework first to make sure there aren't any resources worth hanging on to out there.
