What are your most successful link building techniques for SEO?

I prefer white hat such as authority links and guest posts on niche relevant sites. This helps me for maintaining the site for long-term.
 
I've changed my tactics massively lately I'm now more into setting campaigns up like big brands in the eyes if search engines this really helps with new sites in sandbox too.
 
PBN with expired domains, guest post on good authority sites.
 
Buying link in different methods. Spend money to earn money
 
Since this year it seems backlinks can have massive negative impact on the rankings. At least from my experience. Sometimes I am not building a single backlink to websites and the rankings organically start to rank. Sometimes I build links to websites and they are going straight to page 7-8 where they stay for an unknown amount of time (talking about months)
 
As for lately, I mainly focus on link outreach and guest posting. Works pretty good if executed correctly.
 
I think that quality is almost always better than quantity, PBN with old domains, real guest post sites.
 
getting paid backllinks from high DA sites doing press releases for me
creating my own PBN and keeping them updated with the new content (spinned content in my case)
 
Ofcourse, PBN + Guest post on authority sites does the trick for you.
