Seriously though, "crypto week" last week saw some nice gains. Think we'll have consolidation before the next big push.
I moved a lot of XRP gains in to HBAR as figure that's due a proper run, and alt season normally starts once BTC does it's final "5th wave" or blow off top. Once we see that then the alts should go wild

If history repeats itself.
But let's face it, it's gambling with some educated guesswork at the end of the day. Could be rich, could be poor, bet what you can afford to lose

Right? Last week felt like a full-on meme renaissance and now it’s like poof, vanished. This space moves so fast, it’s whiplash. One day it’s meme meta, next it's some obscure AI-generated pet rock NFTs with utility somehow.


Whatever weird rabbit hole we tumble into next, I'm strapped in too. Let’s ride.
 
I'm still hoping for Bitcoin Runes to pick up. If you don't know what those are, imagine tokens like ERC-20 on the bitcoin blockchain.

This usually happens in a bear market, not now. I really think coins will start to rotate from BTC to lower cap.

This doesn't mean BTC will not increase in price, it just means it will be slower than the rest.

that's my opinion too
ETH and other huge coins are already pumping
the money is flowing into lower caps, slowly but surely
if they cut interest rates in the coming months, even better to start the rally for low market cap coins
 
I'm waiting to see if ETH will break the $4k resistance, if it happens, we tend to see the beginning of a strong altseason. Rotation from ETH to large caps and mid caps will take some months.

Honestly, where crypto goes next is all about whether those other two bills get approved. The Genius Act passed and look at BTC—back chilling near ATH levels again.

New here and still getting the hang of the discussions here, but I wanted to drop in and share something I’ve been keeping an eye on lately: $FUN.
I’m not some OG in the space, but I’ve been exploring different tokens and communities, and FUNToken really stood out. The vibe in their Telegram is solid, not just hype, but actual discussions. Plus, the team seems active, and they’ve been burning tokens pretty regularly, which caught my attention.
What really sold me though is their focus on building, they’ve got a bunch of games lined up, and staking already works smoothly. It’s rare to see a project that’s not just talking but doing.
Still early in my crypto journey, but if there are any other FUN holders here, I’d love to hear what you think. Did I stumble onto something good?
 
I can see BTC topping out somewhere in the 4th quarter of this year, hoping it’ll end up somewhere around 150/175K range. Before that we’ll probably have another alt cycle for a good month or two.
 
I’m betting we’ll see a small correction before another leg up into September.
