I'm going to launch my thread for my content writing services soon. Over the past few years, I've noticed that "daily delivery" is the number one struggle of my clients before they've found my services. You really need an experienced news writer who can deliver and monitor Google News, Google Trends, Facebook Trends, and Twitter Trends if you own a Google News-approved website. Otherwise, you're at a risk of being de-listed from Google News.

Other than consistency in daily delivery, may I know what other struggles or concerns you have when hiring or looking for a news writer?

Thank you for your responses.

Good writers are increasingly harder to find, most of them get snatched into ghostwriting or YouTube video scripting business. Filipinos can be great, but can also disappear fast. Look for native stay at home moms with some university but not finished, seem to be intelligent enough, but also in enough struggle to stay loyal for at least for a while. Good old Craigslist and old school job posting sites can be great sources for that.

Thank you for your comment, @Pristine Cellar. I agree that it has always been challenging to find a talented and a committed writer in one package. Between talent and commitment, the latter is harder to find. Attitude over skills.

Do you maintain news websites, too, Pristine?
