What are your bot settings?

Hey guys it's been nearly 2 or 3 years since I last botted so I'm kind of out of the loop. What are your bot settings for warming up and post-warming up your accounts? One account that I've had for a few months is doing 700 f/uf a day, but I turned it down to 400 in fear that I would get shadowbanned. I only started botting the account 2 weeks ago. Eventually, I want to have enough engagement to hop off the u/uf method and promote via shoutouts & other types of cross promotions.
