Is it advertising? Finding Traffic? Retention marketing? Branding? Finding good support? Social Media?

Let me know, I am curious what the biggest problems are for people who own online businesses.

Effective SEO is probably the most difficult for us due to recent years changes and it being the area I am least knowledgeable about. Which is why I am scrolling on here.

Chasing clients. It is never ending process. Hate it but it feeds me so I have to keep grinding.

I’m in payment processing bro
I serve high risk merchants like peptides merchant, replica merchant and iGaming operators, i have multiple partners with different solutions
I don't think the Facebook Engagement will work for you.

What niche are you in?

I may face many other problems in onlne business, but Managing the competition is not my cup of tea.. I struggle to keep the prices competitive!

Staying consistent, managing time, and driving steady traffic are my top challenges. Also, balancing quality with scaling can be tough sometimes.

Traffic is the biggest challenge always. If there is abundance of traffic, money will follow.

I would recommend a tool to use that analyze competitors and tells you the SEO strat, marketing plan, how much using on Google Ads, etc. but last time I recommended a tool I got a warning. But if I were a SPY then it would be FUn
There are so many social media for me to manage! So we create a new product DuoPlus to deal with it. It's so efficient.
This is very common, there are platforms that you can cross-post on so you only have to do 1 post and it blasts out everywhere.

while we are talking hacks , in my own opnion a very effective way to scale is using PR . yes its quite expensive , depending on your reach but in less than 3 weeks you will definetly 3x your sales . it happened to a brand i worked for and to be honest the doubled downed on that one publication and now everthing moves better for them .

Client Retention or chasing clients.
People always expect more.

Interesting, I have not heard about using PR to generate new leads. Normally the PR is the trash companies charge $150 for a $20 mass PR that gets sent to CNN, FOX< etc. (The off brand channels and no value). Do you use a PR service?

Yea, I agree its rough. But I have noticed with previous businesses that if you set up an email automation once a week or even monthly, this can automate the retention for you and you can focus on other things

It being part of normal life too. There's no breaks. It is like your child, you're always on top of it. Which can be so mentally taxing :/

Great question. For most online business owners, the biggest challenges are usually getting consistent traffic, turning visitors into buyers, and keeping customers coming back. Branding and building trust can also be tough, especially in competitive markets. As the business grows, finding reliable support and keeping up with social media trends becomes more important too.
