Overall - Make much more money, get more exercise and keep studying foreign languages. I actually want to party less and travel less this year (It seems I'm getting older).
More specific -
Finish the construction of my house (it's about 90% done).I've been living for more than a year without hot water and heating, mostly because I can't get the contractors to cooperate, spending money on other things (partying and travelling), post-poning it generally.
Complete the renovation of a 2nd properly that I own and start renting it around September
Get into more business partnerships.
Get an A at my Spanish foreign language exams in May
Start preparing for my Portuguese foreign language exams at the end of the year - This is actually quite difficult because I've only been studying for 4 months by myself and after May I'll really need to find a tutor and step things up overall.
