Quitting Smoking? Yes you can. Most people have done it. If you check some of TOny Robbins material about pain and pleasure which is neuro associative conditioning, that will help you to get rid of the habit next year. It's all about asking yourself empowering questions such as why do i like smoking? Do I find it cool, favorable, etc? Why do I want to stop smoking? Is it because my teeth get dirty, my clothes smelling, etc? Once you do that, shift your pleasurable experience of wanting to smoke and increase the intensity of pain that smoking do to you, like thinking about health hazards like cancer, premature death, etc That will help to divert the balance and helps you to reject it!
As for doubling your income, Yes you can. Just put a system in place that will do it for you. Work out a strategy you will implement with discipline, and yes you will double your profits!
