Sorry if its in the wrong place, im just sitting here waiting while my laptop reinstalls and I had the question pop into my head and thought this be the best place to put it.

Personally im a developer for a 10 years, with my code in use internationally in some security systems, and most recently im working on a web based project with business partner (first time i've tried working with someone being honest).

I see a lot of people here post questions, or answer questions, and it causes me to wonder what level of detail I should go into if I get involved etc.

So, answers please

I'd say both in a sense. I have a technical writing degree, I've designed websites, I don't do programming. I'm tired of not being able to get a decent job so the past year or so I've gotten into IM. I started a couple years ago totally white hat and got NOWHERE. So, here I am.

I really do love this site....for the most part!
