I upload my posts manually through the Wordpress dashbaord. There's no reason to automate it for me since I post articles write after I finish them.

Windows Live Writer and a combo of nice plugins never failed me. It used to be a pain to find something to deal with Featured Images, but there are plugins that take care of that. I literally just go to the website to update plugins and other types of admin work.

I am not used any automated tool for it and i am uploading it manually.so that i can make changes as i want..
