I have some background in the film industry. That's not a stable job though. BHW used to be a side gig, now it's coming more and more into focus. I've invested into the development of some online tools. Smaller ones (sold to companies) funded bigger ones + some real estate as a safety measure.
My other investments that were supposed to fund my retirement didn't go so well (looking at you, S&P500), but no one's perfect.
In the meantime I'm playing around with AI image generation, trying to stay ahead of the curve in that area. I've got some things coming up in this area soon.

This is the best combo. Real estate deals take time to close, could be a few months too, but the commissions/profits are massive. And between deals, online marketing helps to make some decent money, mostly stable income, right?
