What are whitehat uses for many proxies?

Things like geo restrictions, anonymity are whitehat but they usually require very few proxies.

Things like SEO tools, are mostly black hat.

So what are in your opinion some whitehat uses for many proxies?

Proxies don't really give you anonymity though. An ISP can still see what sites you're visiting and what you're doing on there.
