What are Web 2.0 sites and how can I make them?

I hear alot of people ranting on about web 2.0 sites being good backlinks, but what exactly are they and how do I make them? (Is there a program that automates it?).

Someone told me a good strategy for backlinks is:

Web 2.0 Links to moneysite, Scrapebox blasts to web 2.0 sites (I've got scrapebox btw).

Any help is appreciated

senuke x can automate them but its best to manually create them urself.. sites like webs.com , weebly.com, blogspot.com , these are web2.0s..somewhere on this forum theres a whole list of them ..over 60

Web 2.0 are high PR sites which allow you to create your mini sites.. You can also add blogs and other pages as you wish.. These sites have a good importance to google..

Here Are one Thread Which have Good Web 2.0 Websites..

Yes There Are lot of tools for making Web2.0 But Seunke is Best.

But if you Do it manually then it is best at all..Remember Always Add 2 Related Images ..When To create Web 2.0..It looks More Natural from this.

Or, head over to Fiverr and get someone to make some for you...some sellers will even put a spun article on the 2.0 and ping it for you. For what I make/hr, it would be a waste of time to do this myself. However, you should at least make a couple on your own so you know how they work.
