A couple of months ago I created a giveaway and I added my first link while doing the giveaway .
I was botting with Jarvee at that time . Next day my link got banned


I contacted Instagram 3-4 times but the link is still banned.

What is the proper way to contact them , what should i say . Can I say " my son was using Instagram and that I am deeply sorry if he violated any rules , this will never happen again" .
