What are Twitter's rate limits these days?

For years I had my accounts following around 200 accounts per day every 7-10 minutes and also unfollowing 200 accounts per day every 7-10 minutes with no problem...

Now they all get flagged for this... they make me change the password to unlock the account.

Doesn't seem to matter if the accounts are new or aged.

What is the daily limit for following and unfollowing now?

I follow 1000 a day at about 1 every second. I unfollow about every 3rd day, either using robotwity or manageflitter
Sometimes the account gets locked and I have to verify.
I've never had an issue beyond that from following 1000 a day.
Usually I try to keep my following count less than my follower count.
(others I know here on BHW disagree with how aggressive I am with the followings and unfollows. Yes, I do occasionally need to verify the account but I personally have not had any issue beyond that.)

Yes it's being very picky lately, having loads of locks without changing the settings

I did not try. but Twitter became complicated alot of settings
