What are TikTok "BH" Ads?

Thank you for sharing that with me.
I never saw these kind of ads I guess that it's because I'm in Spain.
Do you have any experience with promoting this?

You never seen such ads, because
1. They are fast getting banned with entire account
2. There are not so many people doing them
3. They looks like white hat ads
4. Spain have 48 mln people, I am sure there are blackhat ads in Spain
I've seen in Poland get rich scheme ads, where some hired lady was promoting roulette

But my question is if there is not many people doing them and they get banned fast, why is there people asking for options who claim to have a volume of 10k or even more some days.

Survival of such ads is few days if you can run them. First you are running some white hat ads, because on TikTok you get manual approval for first ads.
Then you are making blackhat ads because approval will be rapid fast. You need to have also good cloaker (search that word in BHW). After you earn few thousands, you are loosing advertising account. Creating new one or buying from BHW

This is very difficult for Tiktok because BH ads will be killed and rejected immediately so you will not be able to see it on Tiktok, Tiktok is quite strict on this.
