What are this black hat SEO techniques ?

firstly sorry for my poor English (I'm not an English man :D), currently about 3 month I'm trying to learn SEO basics.
I run some web site for testing my knowledge i'm trying to figure out how people ranking there keyword etc..., and now I found this E-commerce web site use some black hat trick for ranking,

but I can't understand totally this strategy ,when I crawler the web site (free tools) I found a lot of links for pages with high volume search keyword, but in the web site I can't find these pages it's like they hide them from public and show them just for google

Please what's this recipe call in seo :D:D ?

neilpatel tools ==> TOP SEO PAGE : http://www.DDDD.com/txt/example

the website not have a page with the same link : http://www.domain.com/txt/example ( 404 error )

It's called cloaking.
 
as said above, they use PBN network, but cloack the PBN link.
 
OK let's see who bumped this 4 month old thread might be some clueless new account
