What are these specific popups called

Thread title is crazy I get it. Have you ever gone shopping on a site and seen a little popup slide in on the lower left saying something along the lines of ¨(Name) ordered (product) 20 minutes ago¨ it basically just shows people are ordering and like the product is what I would assume. What are these little popups called? Im thinking of setting them up on my site to (hopefully) drive more conversions. I see lots of sites use these popups but dont know the technical term for them
