What are these redirects or requests about on a button click?

A website which downloads YT videos - x2download[.]app

Since recently it's begun to use this: whenever the green "download" button is clicked for the 1st time, there'll be a self-closing popup, redirect or something like this. A url of that popup or rediect is looooooooooooong, and a domain is strange. Supposedely, the domains will get rotated.

I suppose that's how it makes money.

On the 2nd click a video will be downloaded normally.

These are ads by whatever network they are monetized with.

What advert network would allow this?
