This is pingback (or trackback, i'm not sure which one it is). When some other WordPress blog inserts your link, WordPress automatically gets a comment from the other blog.
You can disable it from Settings - Discussion tab.
They are called pingbacks. It's when you link your own post in an article. You can delete the comments and even disable pingbacks in settings unless you want to receive pingbacks from other blogs.
