What are the things I should focus for seo diversity?

I just perfected my on page optimziation, and I'm planning a campaign with lots of diversity. What are all factors I could take into consideration?

I already had a strategy, but realized it was not too diverse. What are the things I should take into consideration, and what do you consider the "top notch" backlink (what are the factors that make it), I want to get lots of those.

First off, if you plan on doing any blog commenting, make certain you vary your anchor text. I learned this the hard way. I also suggest using at least 70% naked url.

sounds reasonable, real link sharers would likely just post a url and not bother with the anchor text unless it was a link exchange which shows authority, not popularity. Would you personally use over 1000 anchor variations for the remaining 30% though?
