What are the requirements for FB Profile verification?

Hey guys! I have applied for the FB Profile (not page) verification and got instantly denied, after 30 seconds received the notification that the profile is not eligible to be verified at this time. It seems that the AI rejected the request and no human being checked it. So probably there are some requirements like bio or having some amount of followers or friends ? Do you know how to make that your request will be checked by FB employee ?

i guess you need to be famous for profile verification.

I understand this and therefore applied for it:) they ask Please share why this Facebook Page or Profile should be verified but the thing is that they wrote: We reviewed your account, and unfortunately, it's not eligible to be verified at this time.
So How can they review your account in 30 sec?
 
You have to send the right information, documents and all that that match the exact location where you have stated to be in FB. They are extremely strict, you must place everything exactly as it appears in the documents. For example, I used to have just my first surname in the profile, but since my country has 2 surnames, they kept on rejecting my request. When I put the two surnames, they accepted it

If your account represents a person, you’ll need a copy of your official government-issued photo identification (example: passport, driver's license, national identification card) to validate your request. If your account represents an organization, you’ll need a copy of a phone or utility bill, a certificate of formation, articles of incorporation, or tax exemption documents. Please also include a few sentences explaining why the account should receive the verified badge, and relevant URLs that help illustrate the account's notability.

Yeah we need to bypass their computer checks before it pass it to manual review which will have more chance of getting approved. I am also trying to crack this code for long time.
My guess is that when we click submit, FB will automatically check how many people viewed your profile in last 30-90 days, how many people followed and tagged you, when our profile pass that threshold we shouldn't get those auto rejection reply in 30 sec.
