Like if I had 1000 pins in pinblaster, what is the most I would/should pin pre minute/hour/day/etc?

50 a day is a good amount in my opinion, 100 maximum.

If all directing to your site stay near 100 per day
I usually mix my pins with some general pins and right now i am successfully pinning/repinning ~ 500/day

But remember not to pour to many pins on a single group boards, just spread them

I have an old account and have been pinning and liking around 200 daily without a problem. The first 100 in the morning and the other 100 in the evening.
