Search harder then, niches idea are all over the forum.

You can either chose to create an account in one of the mainstream niches (fitness, food, pets, luxury...) and the potential followers could be huge but the competition will also be huge so you will have to offer original and quality content just to keep your head out of the water or you can try to think out of the box and go for a more specific niche which will attract less followers but since the competition will be much lower, it will be easier for you to get them to follow you and buy your things.

I think sir, Fitness, food, pets are all saturated nieches
(read somewehere I think)

Just find something you are passionate about. If that reflects in your content, you can make it even in a very saturated niche. However, pets, food, luxury, fitness, travel, fashion, might be harder to get into because of how many accounts are themed like that.
