So, I have almost no experience with FB message spamming. I have run some tests from my personal account, that I am quite happy with. Done 100 messages in a day to people I have 0 connections to. BUT i have had some prompts come up where I have to prove Im human (like captcha).

If I have a VA doing it with an aged account, and for every 45 minutes of messaging they spend 15 mins liking, commenting, clicking around, etc. Does anyone have a decent idea of what the limits might be like before the accounts were just banned? Any info would help, 20 messages a day? 50? Any help would be great, thanks!

I had my throw-away account restricted for a week after spamming Facebook groups for 30 mins. I would have posted about 25-30 times the same link and description. If you could hire a VA who would do this carefully and patiently, you could extend this further, IMO.

However, doing this everyday will most likely end in account restriction at some point of time. You may want to try this from multiple accounts just to be extra safe.

Multiple accounts is the only way to do this and stay under the radar

Are you kidding here mate?

By the time Pacman gets to the end of that, he'll be obese.

I think a VA is the way to go OP but I'd do some more testing first. For me, I haven't had any trouble with my throwaway account. But I'm super careful. I don't spam so much as I make everyone think I'm trying to help them with a personalized message (oh I had that problem. This really helped me out: [insert link here]) then send them somewhere with an affiliate link. No flags so far but I'm pretty sure someone, somewhere will get pissy and get me banned. I've got back up accounts just in case.

But if you're outright spamming, I'd say you keep it to about 20 messages a day, then gradually scale it up until you find the absolute limit. That's what throwaway accounts are for :) Then when you find the limit, you know what you can do. Hire a VA for the other accounts and tell them to keep within the limit.

This should be the guideline to everyone who is talking about getting banned on FB and not knowing their limits, Good post!

If you have account with many years of experience and you use it like you would use like your own - you'll not get blocked soon ;)
